Your recording

Ask for your session to be deleted.

Enter the session ID from the game's end screen. If the studio keeps its recordings on Mulno Cloud, your session is hidden at once and deleted for good 30 days later. If it keeps them in its own bucket, we hide Mulno's record of it, delete it 30 days later and tell the studio, which deletes the recording. Either way, Mulno's other records of your session are deleted automatically 90 days after the campaign ends at the latest.

26 letters and digits. It's on the end screen next to the Copy button. Played more than once? Send each ID on its own.

What happens depends on where the studio keeps your recording.

Mulno Cloud (storage Mulno provides for the studio; its privacy notice says so): your session is hidden at once, so it can't be opened, searched or exported unless an owner or admin restores it first, and the studio's owners get an e-mail. Your recording, its notes and what we indexed from it are deleted for good 30 days after your request, whatever the studio's plan does meanwhile. A session ID isn't a secret, so we can't be sure a request is yours: within those 30 days the studio can restore the session, and should do so only if it is sure the request wasn't yours or the law lets it keep the recording. If it restores the session and you ask again, we tell the studio again and don't hide the session a second time, so the studio decides. The studio's own bucket: Mulno can't delete the recording, because it never held it. We hide our index entry for your session now, delete it after 30 days (the studio can restore it until then) and e-mail the studio's owners, who delete the recording from their bucket.

We don't ask who you are.

There's no account and no email: the session ID is the only thing you send. Deletion requests, in detail.
